Posted 6 months agoEveryone is likely to be aware of the Audi Q5 by now, it’s one of the most popular luxury family vehicles in the world and has been with us ever since it entered production in 2008. Audi has introduced a spin on the popular SUV styling that the Q5 had, giving it a slightly sleeker roofline and a more coupe-inspired appearance, and calling it the Audi Q5 Sportback.
The Audi Q5 Sportback lease deals in the UK are a bit of a treat. It’s the Q5 you choose if you want something with a slightly cooler look, but don’t worry, there’s no real drawbacks to selecting this body style over the standard Q5 SUV. No matter which Q5 you end up choosing you get a relaxing, easy-to-drive and incredibly comfortable car.
In terms of engines, you get a choice of petrol, plug-in hybrid or diesel power. The hybrid option is a new one in this range and is badged as a ‘TFSI e’, TFSI being the term for an Audi petrol engine. It’s expected to be very popular, particularly with urban customers, but the most popular engine without a doubt for Audi Q5 Sportback leasing is the highly-regarded 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder ‘TDI’ diesel. The Q5 Sportback is slightly down on boot space on the standard Q5 SUV, at 510-litres instead of 550, but the rear seats fold down to open up the car to over 1,400-litres, which is ideal for trips to Swedish flat-pack furniture stores or garden centres and multiple bags of compost. Within the rear seats, the sloping roofline actually doesn’t impact the head room too much, so the only real sacrifice here is a slight reduction in boot space. Equipment and cockpit design is much the same, with the latest up to date technologies and safety tools set up to keep you connected and secure at all times on the road.
