Posted 3 weeks agoLuxury electric vehicles are cropping up everywhere now we’re into the 2020’s, it’s undoubtedly the future of the industry and manufacturers are increasingly trying to outdo each other with more innovative and exciting products. BMW is now launching the BMW i7 lease offers in the UK, an all-electric, zero-emission version of its 7-series flagship saloon, and a big competitor for the likes of the Tesla Model S or Mercedes-Benz EQS.
For the last year or so, a large, heavily camouflaged, silent saloon has been seen pottering around Munich and the Bavarian countryside, where the BMW i7 car leasing deals were undergoing final testing. BMW, a Munich-based company, is keen to test its products in both the city and the countryside around its native city, and Synergy customers can be in no doubt that the car has been tuned to be perfect in both environments. Technical specifications are closely guarded at the time of writing, but we’re expecting the new BMW i7 lease deals to be compatible with 200mW charging stations and offer a range somewhere in the region of 400-miles, making it perfectly capable of long trips. It should prove to be pretty powerful too, a 500bhp electric motor would be on par with its stablemate, the iX SUV, and should give some very impressive acceleration, certainly sub-5-seconds. Interestingly, simulated engine sounds have been integrated into the vehicle by the composer Hans Zimmer, giving you the ability to drive your new BMW i7 electric leasing deals with an incredibly distinctive note. An electric car like the i7 has no gearbox of course, so it will be automatic in feel, though it only has a single speed ratio.
BMW has promised the i7 will feature engaging driving dynamics and won’t be solely a comfort-orientated drive. That’s the BMW way of course, but we are expecting to see an ‘M’ model of the i7, whether that takes the form of a full fat ‘M car’ or is just enhanced by the firm’s performance division remains to be seen, however.
