For an all-electric van, the ETP3 is compact but versatile. It has a generous load capacity of up to 780 kg, a 2,725 mm wheelbase and a load space volume of 3.5 m³. The cargo area itself is easy to access, with 2 sliding side doors and a conventional hatchback-style rear door.
The ETP3 delivers great performance without the emissions. With a 45-kWh electric battery the van has a range of up to 145 miles, perfect for urban and regional deliveries. The BYD ETP3 can be charged at work or at public fast-charging stations to minimize downtime.
BYD use their ‘Blade Battery’ in the ETP3, which features low heat generation and while being up to 50% smaller compared to conventional lithium iron batteries. This has helped keep the van’s weight to a minimum, improving efficiency.
