Synergy Recognised as Best Customer Service Leasing Broker at Industry Awards
At the Broker News Awards 2023, Synergy was awarded Best Customer Service. It is the 6th award for Best Customer Service that the Harrogate-headquartered business has received.
The inaugural Broker News Awards were held in April 2023. The award ceremony was designed to “recognise excellence in the leasing broker industry” and entries were open to all BVRLA-accredited brokers. Core members of Synergy’s team attended the award ceremony and spent the day surrounded by other industry professionals to celebrate their achievements and receive recognition for the hard work they’ve demonstrated.
Synergy was shortlisted for Best Customer Service alongside two other leasing brokers and came out on top. This was another great accolade for the business as they continuously strive to provide the best customer service possible.
Since the company was founded, Synergy has aimed to deliver an excellent leasing experience to all their clients by offering extended opening hours, operating real-time enquiry management, providing a dedicated account manager to each customer and a great client support service. The friendly and professional team are highly trained with the aim of being the best in the business and this is shown through the consecutive Feefo awards presented to the company over the last 9 years. Synergy now has over 11,000 Feefo reviews, of which over 90% are 5 Star Reviews, with an average rating of 4.9/5 and a “world class” Net Promoter Score of 93, meaning customers will recommend the service to friends and family. Professor Colin Tourick, Professor of Automotive Management at the University of Buckingham Business School reviewed Synergy’s NPS: “A company that strives to improve its NPS will be on track to generate happier clients and better bottom line results.”
Synergy continues to innovate its offerings by developing further leasing strategies for businesses looking for help with fleet management. Part of this continued improvement included the appointment of Lucie Almond as the company’s Fleet and Business Manager this past year. Lucie was nominated for Rising Star of the Year, and was runner up in the category.
Another key factor in Synergy demonstrating their devotion to their customers, is by also supporting the wider community. Over the last 2 years the Synergy team have supported the Trussell Trust Foodbank in Harrogate with donations of Christmas chocolates and toiletries in 2021 and blankets and hot water bottles in 2022. They also support the mental health initiative “Jaaq” (Just Ask A Question) and have demonstrated that the business is running to recognised environmental standards by achieving Green Mark Level 1 and are currently working towards Level 2.
